CLEARER TASK PERMISSIONS Tasks now behave more clearly: if you’re assigned to a task, you can work on it. If not, the task is view-only. Project managers and admins can assign or remove people and step in when needed.
MARK SCOPES AS FINISHED You can now mark a scope as finished using a simple toggle. Finished scopes show as 100% complete, are no longer flagged as overdue, and appear clearly as done across the project and scope views.
MORE CONTROL FOR ADMINS Project admins and tenant admins invited to a project can change project settings and influence everything within that project.
IMPROVED NOTES Notes have been polished. You can now add checklists directly to notes, close checklist items without editing the note, and enjoy a smoother note-taking experience.
