Teams can now find files, prepare notes, and keep day-to-day work moving with less back-and-forth across the app.
This release is about giving teams one clearer place to find information, prepare written content, and move faster through daily work.
Highlights in 0.7.7:
- A new standalone Documents module that shows all documents a person can access across projects and tasks
- A central place to search, open, print, and download documents without jumping between different parts of the app
- More modern notes editing, including better formatting controls such as text sizes and colors
- The ability to prepare notes and export them directly as PDF from OSOI, or save them as PDF when needed
- Improvements to the planning board for smoother day-to-day coordination
- General fixes, performance updates, and reliability improvements across the app
The new Documents module makes OSOI more practical as a true working system: instead of looking through individual projects or tasks, people can now see all relevant files in one connected view and find what they need faster.
At the same time, Notes becomes more useful as a working tool, not just a place to write things down. Better editing and direct PDF export make it easier to structure meeting notes, prepare content, and share a clean document when needed.
Together, these changes continue to push OSOI toward one connected place for planning, communication, documents, and written work.
