Documents - Attach files by drag and drop, or scan any paper document—like signed work orders, contracts, or invoices—right into a project or chat. The camera automatically detects, crops, and saves the document for you. You’ll also see thumbnails so you can preview everything at a glance, know exactly who uploaded each file and when, and filter by person to quickly find what you need.
Improved Login Experience - New login screen with our Privacy Policy and an easy way to contact us if you run into any issues signing in. If this is your first time in OSOI, simply enter your email and you’ll see an option to schedule a demo with us directly from the app.
Report Inappropriate Content - You can now report any messages in chat that you feel are abusive or inappropriate. We’ll review them and take action if needed.
Offline Access - In addition to your projects, tasks, and chats, documents attached to projects and tasks are now also available offline. This means you can access everything you’ve already opened on your phone—even without a signal.
